    We can customize team building activities to suit your organizations needs; in addition, we take a very pragmatic approach to team building.  Other facilitators may focus helping the management team get along, but we go further by focusing on helping the management team get things done.  We like to tackle organizational issues head on to develop clear initiatives with assigned responsibilities and firm deadlines.  It's about performance and accountability, because we believe that is what moves organizations forward.

     

    This workshop is used by management to deal with organizational issues and that can’t be addressed in the usual staff meeting format.  We use a collaborative approach, to give the group an opportunity to come to grips with difficult and complex organizational issues.  An experienced facilitator keeps the dialog on a constructive and productive track.

     

    Early planning and communication with team members streamlines the process to ensure a productive workshop from initiation to closeout.  Our clients leave our workshop with practical, clear-cut agreements and decisions that can be monitored and implemented.

     

    The Workshop has three Phases:

     

    • A one-day preliminary site visit to interview all participants for issue-identification and diagnostic purposes.  This input provides the organization head and facilitator with the information needed to plan a team building session that fits department’s needs.
    • A three-day facilitated team building session at an off site location.  Here, organizational issues are discussed, analyzed and addressed.
    • A one-day follow-up session three to six months later is done to check on the progress made.

     

    Hands-on Interactive Team Building Workshops

     

    Our Hands-on Interactive Team Building Workshop is a unique program that throws the "Team Building" charts out the window and gives you the opportunity to actually become a team.

     

    After just a few minutes of laughing and working together through a unique combination of exercises, games, and activities, we start to see our co-workers as more than just the people we talk to on the phone or share a cubicle with every day.

     

    We start to discover more about who they are, how they communicate and how we can all work together more effectively.  By working in teams, we eliminate the fear of the individual and focus instead on harnessing the energy of the group.

    Fun & Games

     

    Our Fun & Games training provides a complete, hassle-free solution for your conference, meeting or off-site with training, team building activities, games, board games, simulations, facilitation and evening events.

     

    Customization

     

    We draw from nearly 150 games and exercises to structure a custom workshop based on the goals of our clients.  Whether your focus is team building and communication, managing stress or just blowing off some steam, our facilitators will create the perfect workshop for your organization.

     

    The specific exercises are based on the same training that we use for our performers to increase trust and communication skills, creative problem solving and thinking "outside the box."

     

    They have the spirit and competitive nature of college drinking games (only without the drinking).  And in a fun, non-threatening way, we quickly get everyone involved at the same time.

     

    Team Bonding Off-Site Experience
